Program Overview
This flexible, part-time program in independent prescribing covers essential topics in anatomy, physiology, microbiology, pharmacology, and more. Assessments include MCQs, short answer questions, and an OSCE exam. Students complete the program at their own pace, typically within 12-18 months, and upon successful completion, are eligible for independent prescribing certification from the GOC.

- Formative MCQs after each lecture
- Practical OSCE assessment at the end of module 2

- Each module has approximately 300 learning hours

- The course is offered as a part-time, flexible learning course.

- The University does not accept APL/RPL for this course.
