Introduction to Supervision
Program Overview
This 11-week short course on Introduction to Supervision explores the nature, core processes, and context of supervision. Students will learn how to establish supervisory relationships, apply supervision models, and understand the significance of contracting. The course includes four on-campus workshops held throughout the duration of the program.

The Introduction to Supervision short course explores the nature of supervision, the core processes within supervision and the professional and organisational context of supervision. This course will prepare students to be able to establish a supervisory relationship and to understand the nature and intention of contracting within supervision. Students will develop the skills and knowledge to apply a model of supervision which structures the stages of a supervision session.
