Program Overview
This biology program equips students with knowledge and skills through instruction from renowned educators and exposure to research techniques. Graduates pursue careers in biological research at companies like Pfizer and Colgate, prepare for medical or veterinary programs, or further their education at universities such as Brown and Rutgers. Additionally, students can participate in research projects in Belize as part of the program.

Teaching:
Having learned from world-class faculty (including a Jeopardy! Champion) and being exposed to real-world lab research techniques and opportunities.
Careers:
Our biology grads—BS or BA—go on to careers in biological research in a number of subfields for companies like Pfizer and Colgate, prepare for medical and veterinary programs, and attend grad schools like Brown and Rutgers.
Other:
Students have the opportunity to complete research projects as a part of the Tropical Marine Ecology in Belize ShortTREC.
