Degree Overview:

This module enables the participant to achieve and expand upon knowledge in the practice of children and young persons imaging.


Assessment:

  • Formative assessment: Throughout the period of the module each student will keep a reflective diary/journal detailing application of the content of the module to the workplace.
  • Summative assessment: 4,000-word essay.
  • Essay is to be related to a topic of choice based on the learning from the reflective diary/journal.

Careers:

This module is beneficial for specialist staff currently working with paediatric imaging departments or those with an interest in paediatric imaging. Professionals undertaking this module will be able to use their knowledge and skills to enhance the service they provide in accordance with their employer's policies.
