Program Overview
This minor in Sociology requires the completion of nine hours of coursework selected from a wide range of sociological theory, research methods, and specialized courses covering various social phenomena. Students must complete a minimum of three courses from the following: SOC 8010, SOC 8020, SOC 8030, and/or SOC 8040. The remaining courses can be chosen from a variety of topical courses covering areas such as social inequality, health and society, organizations, and social change.
