The program is structured into two pathways: Internship and Consultancy.

Internship Pathway:

• Students complete an internship from March to July, with the possibility of extending it.
• The program sources internship opportunities, but students can also self-source their own placements.
• Students complete an Applied Management Report based on their internship experience.

Consultancy Pathway:

• Students complete optional modules in Negotiations and International HRM during the second semester.
• Students participate in the Consultancy Project module, where they work in teams to investigate and diagnose real business and management issues.
• The Consultancy Project module involves individual and team assessments.
