The Level 7 Extended Scope Focused Ultrasound module (7RD510) enhances ultrasound skills for health professionals with existing focused ultrasound experience. Through distance learning, students develop advanced scanning abilities, assess the impact of expanded ultrasound on clinical practice, and build a portfolio for expanding ultrasound provision in their workplace. The module requires prerequisites, supervised training, and support from a clinical mentor and academic supervisor.
