Program Overview
The IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control is a part-time, one-year course that provides students with the knowledge, practical skills, and problem-solving abilities essential for professional acousticians. Students can choose to specialize in specific areas of acoustics, including Building Acoustics, Regulation and Assessment of Noise, Environmental Noise, and Noise and Vibration Control Engineering. Upon successful completion of the Diploma, students can top up their qualification to a masters award with the University's MSc Applied Acoustics.
Entry Requirements:
You’ll need an undergraduate degree, diploma, or higher national diploma in a science or science related discipline. Non-standard entry candidates are also welcome to apply.
