Program Overview
The Chemistry Minor at UNO requires 18 credit hours of approved chemistry courses, including General Chemistry I and II. Students can choose from a wide range of chemistry courses at the 2000 level or higher, including Analytical, Biochemistry, Inorganic, Medicinal, Nuclear, Organic, Physical, Polymer, Research, Internship, and Special Topics courses. At least 7 hours of coursework must be taken in residence at UNO. This minor provides students with a strong foundation in chemistry, preparing them for careers in various fields.

- Academic requirements: A minimum of a second class honours degree (2.1 preferred) or equivalent. Applicants without these formal qualifications but with significant appropriate/relevant work/life experience in architecture, design, health and social care, housing, product design or interior design are encouraged to apply.
