Level 3:
- Core Units: Engineering Practice 3, Control Engineering, Numerical Methods and Modelling, Advanced Mathematics Applications, Mechanisms and Machines, Manufacturing, Engineering Thermodynamics, Measurement and Instrumentation.
Level 4:
- Core Units: Professional Engineering Portfolio, Risk, Reliability and Safety, Dynamics, Vibration and Sound, Applied Engineering Thermodynamics, Analysis and Design of Machine Components, Mechanical Engineering Design Project 1.
- Option Group A: Engineering Research Project Part 1, Engineering Research Project Part 2, Mechanical Engineering Design Project 2.
