Program Overview

The Construction Project Management (CPM) program is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program that equips students with the skills to manage construction projects in various sectors. The program emphasizes construction law, ethics, human resource management, planning, estimating, quality assurance, and accounting. Graduates are prepared for management positions in the construction industry, including Project Manager, Site Supervisor, and Construction Manager.

Degree Overview:

The Construction Project Management (CPM) program is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to plan, budget, manage, and supervise a wide range of construction projects. The program focuses on the residential, industrial, commercial, institutional, and civil infrastructure sectors of the construction industry. It builds upon previous learning with a strong emphasis on construction law and contracts, ethical practices, human resource management, planning and scheduling, estimating, quality assurance, cost control, sustainability, and accounting.
