• Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain in Law: This module considers how disruptive technologies are bringing about a fundamental shift in decision-making and shaping a new normal in legal practice operations.
It focuses on artificial intelligence and blockchain, exploring how they work and the legal and regulatory issues their use presents.
• Corporate Governance and Disruptive Technology: This module explores the impact of disruptive technologies on corporate governance, including the role of technology in corporate decision-making, risk management, and compliance.
• Technoethics in Law: This module explores the ethical implications of technology in the legal profession, including issues such as bias in artificial intelligence, data privacy, and the use of technology in court proceedings.
• The Internet of Things: This module examines the legal and regulatory challenges posed by the Internet of Things, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and liability issues.

Assessment:

• Modules are assessed by a three-hour unseen written examination or 4,500-word coursework assignment.
• All assessments are conducted online.
