Program Overview
The University of Law's LLB (Hons) Law Online Degree is an online law degree equivalent to a BA or BSc. The professionally focused qualification with a focus on employability prepares students for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE1) or Bar Practice Course. The flexible study program allows students to balance their education with other commitments while gaining practical skills and knowledge from experienced professionals.

This degree will prepare you in part for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE1) or Bar Practice Course (to qualify as a barrister). If you have set your sights on other careers, such as politics, business or journalism, the transferable skills you will learn on your law degree will provide an excellent launch pad for these ambitions and more.

Careers:
- This degree will complete the required academic stage of training if you want to qualify as a solicitor or barrister.

Other:
- Students with a particular interest in wanting to qualify as a CILEX Lawyer should consider the LLB (CILEX), a four-year online degree.
- This is a bespoke programme in collaboration with CILEX, the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
- To enrol onto this degree, students will need to become a student member of CILEX.
- The course has an innovatively flexible structure, with specific assessments that are conducive to effective learning.
