It also examines topics such as access to finance, priority in insolvency, directors' duties, employee rights, navigating competing stakeholder interests in distressed scenarios, sovereign debt, and financial crises.
- Research Methods Training: This module prepares students for their dissertation by providing them with the necessary research skills and methodologies.
