Program Description:
The Leadership Development Series is developed by a consortium of Ontario's community colleges and leading business and industry professionals. It builds upon existing skills and experience, applying them to workplace situations. The program covers a wide range of topics focusing on essential skills required by managers in their daily decision-making and problem-solving.

- Recipients of Statements of Completion do not participate in Convocation ceremonies.
