Program Overview

The Interdisciplinary Fine Arts Minor allows students to explore multiple artistic disciplines, including communication studies, creative writing, literature, music, and theatre. Students select nine credits from two disciplines, providing a broad foundation in the arts. The program is designed to enhance students' creativity, communication skills, and critical thinking abilities.

Prerequisites:

• COMM 320, COMM 340, and COMM 480 require COMM 114 as a prerequisite.
• THTR 100 Theatre Appreciation and THTR 220 Film & Television Appreciation are not eligible for credit towards the minor.

Students should consult with a theatre advisor to choose courses that best suit their interests.
