Objectives:
- Graduates will demonstrate proficiency in specialized knowledge/applied learning, quantitative fluency, communication fluency, critical thinking, personal and social responsibility, and information literacy.
- Graduates will be able to design, implement, and evaluate a computing-based solution to meet a given set of computing requirements in the context of the program's discipline.
- Graduates will be able to evaluate and apply relevant information to communicate effectively in a variety of professional contexts.
- Graduates will be able to apply computer science theory and software development fundamentals to produce computing-based solutions.

- The program requires a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 in all CMU coursework and in coursework toward the major content area.
