Program Overview

UCF offers a 2+2 Bachelor of Science in Photography at the Daytona Beach Campus, providing students with technical, creative, and critical skills for professional practice. The program emphasizes contemporary photography, photo visualization, and advanced printing techniques, preparing graduates for careers such as commercial, editorial, and portrait photography. Completion of the program requires a 2.0 UCF GPA and a "C" or better in all major coursework.

Program Outline

The B.S. in Photography degree prepares students for professional practice with strong technical, creative and critical skills. Photography is also available as an area of specialization on the Orlando campus through the School of Visual Arts and Design (SVAD) as part of the Art, Studio Track (B.A.) and Studio Art (B.F.A.) programs.
