The Master of Arts (MA) in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Central Florida (UCF) is a 2-year program designed to prepare students to analyze, design, and deliver high-quality training, education, and professional development programs. The program offers three tracks:
- e-Learning Track: Focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality e-learning materials for in-service and pre-service teachers, as well as online trainers for both fully online and blended learning environments.
- Educational Technology Track: Designed for classroom teachers who want to enhance their technical skills, integrate technology into the curriculum, and develop leadership skills to become site-based technology coordinators in K-12 schools, colleges, and universities.
- Instructional Systems Track: Targets prospective and practicing instructional designers, training specialists, and training directors/managers in business, industry, government, or other settings where training, professional development, and lifelong learning occur. The program emphasizes the science and art of designing innovative, effective, and engaging training and educational programs. Students will:
- Link research to design.
