Degree Overview:
The lighting design degree program simulates the professional experience of a real lighting designer while offering ample opportunities for students to explore and expand their creative expression. Students will learn to visualize, create, and implement their lighting designs through collaboration with directors, dramaturges, technicians, and DePaul’s professional production staff. They will also work as a master electrician and lighting designer for workshops and public productions by The Theatre School.
