The GCPH is beneficial to a variety of professionals, equipping them with core public health knowledge they can put into practice within the workplace.
Outline:
The 12-hour online GCPH curriculum explores disease distribution, population, global and environmental health issues as well as the social and behavioral aspects of health behavior. Students who earn the certificate and then wish to pursue the Master of Arts (MA) in aging studies may transfer all 12 credit hours to the Public Health concentration of the MA program.
