Overview

The Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Administration aims to develop pro-active decision makers, managers, and leaders for a variety of careers in business sectors in a global context. The programme focuses on innovation, creativity, and leadership, making it a varied and challenging journey towards awareness of one's own professional skills and abilities.

Course Programme

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSc Hons) is a three-year, full-time course. All of the ESE undergraduate Bachelor degree programmes are taught in English and have a standard 360 UK/180 ECTS credit structure. Completion of the programme requires:


  • Study of a foreign language
  • Two internship placements
  • Choice of one specialisation in either Management, Marketing, Finance, Sports Management, or Media and Communications
  • Final Project related to the chosen specialisation

Entry Requirements

Entrance into the Bachelor degree programme at ESE requires:


  • Completed Online Application form. Applications to our full-time undergraduate courses must be made through UCAS. If you have not started a UCAS application yet, and only want to apply to the European School of Economics application portal, you can apply directly to us using our direct application form portal (apply.ese.ac.uk) and we will process a UCAS application on your behalf.
  • Personal interview
  • Official copy of the High School Diploma or foreign equivalent certificate* (American High School diploma and IB with 24 points or above accepted)
  • Official copy of the High School Transcripts*
  • Personal Statement
  • One Recommendation Letter*
  • Photocopy of Passport/ ID document
  • ENGLISH Language requirements**: IELTS 6.0 (169 – 175) TOEFL iBT 87; Pearson Test 50-57; Cambridge CAE grade C; Trinity College ISE II (Students have up to 90 days from the beginning of their course to submit the sufficient English language scores).
  • One photograph (passport-sized)

*All non-English documents must be officially translated **Candidates who have completed their studies in the English language (at least 2 years) are not required to present a language qualification.

Scholarships

ESE encourages students – both undergraduate and postgraduate – to come to the European School of Economics regardless of their financial circumstances. The scholarships ESE offers enable prospective students to receive reductions on tuition. No reduction is allowed on the Registration Fee and/or on other applicable fees.


Eligibility All scholarships are awarded subject to the prospective student meeting ESE’s entry requirements and abiding by the rules and regulations. To be eligible to apply for a scholarship the student will need to have been accepted and offered admission to study at ESE.


Application for Scholarship Scholarships are awarded across all programmes of study, varying from nominal to substantial tuition reduction. Students interested to secure scholarships are encouraged to apply using the prescribed Scholarship Application Form available online and at the Office of Admission.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Provide an official copy of your high school diploma or foreign equivalent certificate (American High School diploma and IB with 24 points or above are accepted).
  • High School Transcripts: Submit an official copy of your high school transcripts.
  • Recommendation Letter: Include one recommendation letter from a previous teacher or counselor.
  • Passport/ID Document: Provide a photocopy of your passport or ID document.
  • English Language Proficiency:
  • Meet the minimum score requirements in one of the following English language tests:
