Master of Divinity Fast-Track (3+3)

Program Overview

The Master of Divinity Fast-Track (3+3) program at Shenandoah University and Wesley Theological Seminary allows students to earn both a BA and MDiv in six years. The program combines undergraduate and graduate coursework in religion and theology, preparing students for careers in ministry, including pastor, youth minister, and chaplain. • Program Structure: The 3+3 program allows Shenandoah Religion Majors and/or students in the university's Christian Leadership Certificate Program to earn both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Shenandoah and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree from Wesley Theological Seminary (WTS) in six years.
• Content: The program combines undergraduate and graduate coursework in religion and theology.
Students will complete undergraduate courses in biblical studies, church history, theology, ethics, and ministry. They will then transition to graduate-level courses in leadership, preaching, pastoral care, and mission.
• Course Schedule: The program follows a traditional semester schedule with fall and spring semesters.
Students will typically take 3-4 courses per semester.
