Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements:


Domestic Students:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with six Grade 12 courses, including:
  • English (ENG4U or equivalent)
  • Mathematics (any Grade 12 Mathematics course)
  • Physics (PHYS4U or equivalent)
  • Four additional courses at the Grade 12 level, or equivalent, including one in technological studies, science, or mathematics.
  • Minimum average of 65% in all Grade 12 courses.
  • Successful completion of an admissions assessment.

International Students:

  • Completion of secondary school education equivalent to the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with a minimum average of 70%.
  • Satisfactory completion of one of the following English language proficiency tests:
  • TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) with a minimum score of 88 overall and 20 in writing.
  • IELTS (International English Language Testing System) with a minimum score of 6.5 overall and 6.0 in writing.
  • PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic) with a minimum score of 59 overall and 50 in writing.
  • Successful completion of an admissions assessment.
