Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements:


Canadian Students:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with a minimum average of 70% across all courses.
  • Completion of two senior-level English courses.
  • Completion of four senior-level Math courses (Mathematics for College Technology, Principles of Mathematics, or Introduction to Calculus preferred).
  • Completion of two senior-level Business courses (one of which must be Marketing).
  • Completion of two other senior-level courses (any subject).

International Students:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum average of 70% across all courses.
  • Completion of two English courses with a minimum grade of 70%.
  • Completion of two Math courses with a minimum grade of 70%.
  • Completion of two Business courses with a minimum grade of 70%.
  • Completion of two other courses with a minimum grade of 70%.
  • Proficiency in English equivalent to an overall band score of 6.0 on the IELTS Academic test, with a minimum score of 6.0 in each band.

Mature Students:

  • Applicants who are 19 years of age or older and have been out of high school for at least one year may be eligible for admission based on their life experience and prior learning.
  • Applicants are encouraged to have a strong academic record and be able to demonstrate their ability to succeed in a college-level program.
  • Applicants may be required to complete an interview or submit a portfolio of work.
  • International students may be required to provide additional documentation, such as a proof of financial support.

Language Proficiency Requirements:


The following are the minimum scores required on the following English language tests:

  • IELTS Academic: 6.0 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in each band.
  • TOEFL iBT: 80 overall with a minimum of 20 in each section.
  • PTE Academic: 61 overall with a minimum of 56 in each section.
  • CAE: Grade C with a minimum of 169 in each skill.
  • CPE: Grade C with a minimum of 176 in each skill.
