  • Advanced Problem Solving: Advanced techniques and methodologies like Six Sigma for problem identification, analysis, and resolution in manufacturing.

Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements:


Domestic Students:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with a minimum grade of 70% in six grade 12 U or M courses including four grade 12 U courses.
  • Completion of at least one of the following courses:
  • Grade 12U Math (any level)
  • Grade 12C Calculus and Vectors
  • Grade 12U/M Data Management
  • Grade 12C Physics
  • Grade 12C Chemistry
  • Grade 12C Technological Design
  • Grade 12C Computer Science
  • Evidence of English proficiency at a minimum equivalent to Canadian Secondary School graduation or as outlined in the English Language Proficiency requirements below.

International Students:

  • Completion of secondary school education equivalent to the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
  • Minimum 70% average in the final year of academic studies.
  • Successful completion of recognized college-level English courses at a recognized English as a Second Language (ESL) institution.
  • Evidence of English language proficiency at a level equivalent to CLB 8/9 or IELTS band 6.0 with a score of no less than 5.5 in each band.

International Students:

  • Evidence of English language proficiency at a level equivalent to CLB 8/9 or IELTS band 6.0 with a score of no less than 5.5 in each band.
  • TOEFL, CAE, PTE, and Duolingo English Test scores may also be accepted, with minimum requirements outlined on the English Language Proficiency page.

Additional Notes:

  • Mature students (19 years or older) without a high school diploma may be considered for admission based on work experience and an academic assessment.
  • Applicants with relevant post-secondary experience or credentials may be eligible for advanced standing.
