The program prepares students to become Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) who provide care for patients across the lifespan. The curriculum emphasizes outpatient care and provides extensive clinical experience and role preparation.


Program Structure:

The program consists of a total of 47 credits, including core courses and FNP role concentration courses. Core courses provide a foundation in advanced physiology, pathophysiology, research methods, evidence-based practice, pharmacology, health promotion, health policy, and advanced assessment and diagnosis. FNP role concentration courses focus on the specific skills and knowledge needed to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
