- Policy Studies: explores educational policy issues at the local, state, and national levels, with an emphasis on the political economy of education and social justice. Students complete coursework in areas such as:

Entry Requirements:
MEd in Instructional Leadership:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.
- Two letters of recommendation from professionals who can attest to your academic ability and potential for success in the program.
- A statement of purpose outlining your reasons for pursuing a degree in Instructional Leadership and your career goals.
- Resume/CV highlighting your educational and professional experience.
- Scores from the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or the Miller Analogies Test (MAT).

Mathematics and Science Education:
- Admission to the Ph.D. in Mathematics and Science Education and graduate standing; or consent of the instructor.
