- Two subjects at A-level from list A.
- Two subjects at AS-level.
- Five subjects at Higher grade at Scottish Highers or four subjects at Advanced Higher grade with at least one from list A and one from list B.

- Access to HE Diploma (with 45 credits at Merit or Distinction).
- BTEC Level 3 National Diploma/Extended Diploma (including Engineering, Technology, Applied Science, Computing, Music Technology, Design/Art & Design) with overall grades of DDD or D DD.
- Level 3 NVQ Certificate (e.g. IT, Business or Engineering) with 60 credits achieved at Merit or above.
- Level 3 BTEC Subsidiary Diploma/National Extended Certificate (including Engineering, Technology, Applied Science, Computing, Music Technology, Design/Art & Design) with an overall grade of D/D .
- 120 level 3 UCAS tariff points from recognized UCAS-listed qualifications such as A-levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBDP) or BTEC qualifications.
Higher National Certificate (HNC) Entry
- An HNC in Engineering, Technology, Science, or Design with overall distinction.
- A relevant GCSE in Mathematics at grade C/4 or above.
Higher National Diploma (HND) Entry
- An HND in Engineering or Technology with first-class or high upper second-class Honours.
- A relevant GCSE in Mathematics at grade C/4 or above.
BTEC Level 4 HND Holders
- BTEC Level 4 HND in Engineering or Technology with first-class or high upper second-class Honours.
- A relevant GCSE in Mathematics at grade C/4 or above.
Other Qualifications:
- Other qualifications may be considered based on experience and qualifications.
Relevant Degrees:
- Students graduating with a 2:2 Honours Degree or above will be considered.
Mature Students:
- Mature students, aged 21 or over with non-standard qualifications, will be considered on an individual basis.
English Language Requirements:
- An IELTS score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each test component or an equivalent acceptable qualification.
Note:
- Applicants offering A-levels are required to have A-level General Studies and A-level Critical Thinking considered as part of a three A-level offer.
- If Applicants are taking two A-levels and one BTEC Subsidiary Diploma/National Extended Certificate, they will be considered on the basis of the three A-level offer.
