Outline:
- Manage a work-based project to develop skills for managing change.
- Conduct research to transform and develop their area of practice and their organization.
- Keep a learning journal to build up a portfolio of work.
- Attend sessions to develop their knowledge and skills.
- Produce a project report and project portfolio to the University of Salford to gain the required academic credits.
At Level 5, participants will:
- Negotiate, formulate, and implement a project plan.
- Evaluate the process of implementation.
- Reflect on and evaluate their learning from the project.
- Identify personal and professional development required for future project work.
At Level 6, participants will:
- Produce a project proposal relevant to the wider organizational context.
- Implement a project plan.
- Produce a structured project report and analyze how findings can be disseminated to the wider organizational context.
- Critically analyze and evaluate their learning and changes within themselves.
- Justify future personal and professional development needs.

Admission Requirements

- EU home students:
