  • Description: Develop and apply skills and knowledge for independent physical examination and assessment of children and young people (up to 18 years).
  • Applied clinical physiology of children & young people (15 credits)
  • Description: Develop fundamental medical science knowledge to explain and describe normal, altered, and extreme physiological states in children and young people.
  • Diagnosing and managing common clinical presentations in children & young people (15 credits)
  • Description: Build upon existing knowledge and skills in holistic assessment, anatomy, and physiology to develop an evidence-based approach to diagnostic and clinical management processes.
  • Service development and quality improvement (15 credits)
  • Description: Develop leadership knowledge and skills within your area of expertise to take the lead in service development and quality enhancement.
