- Students can opt for either an LLM or an MA degree.
- Students take modules from SOAS during the Fall semester (September to January) and modules from NLUD during the Spring semester (February to June)

LLM in Environmental Justice in South Asia:
For EU/UK applicants:
- LLB or equivalent: Students applying for the LLM program must have successfully completed an LLB or equivalent degree. For applicants with lower degree classifications, strong cases are considered based on relevant work experience, other legal qualifications, and a compelling supporting statement.
