- Must have a 2.25 GPA.
- Must first obtain an applied associate's degree from an approved A.A.S. program.
- Eligibility of a student’s A.A.S. degree will be determined by a committee within the Renewable Energy Program’s administrative unit upon admission.

Course Requirements:
- Students will complete any additional core curriculum courses required for a four-year degree, up to 33 A.A.S. SCH in the student’s A.A.S. Occupational Specialty, 34 SCH of Renewable Energy Core, 11 SCH of TTU and College of Arts & Sciences requirements, and any electives needed to complete the 120 SCH needed for graduation; 40 upper-level SCH will be required.
- Any entering student who has not completed two years of a single foreign language in high school must complete at least two semesters at the first-year college level.
