The Master of Arts (MA) in Ethical Leadership equips students with the skills, competencies, and capacities necessary to lead the next generation of effective, ethical, and socially responsible global corporations and communities. It focuses on leadership theory and practice, ethics and morality, complex problem-solving, decision-making, creativity and innovation, efficiency, team development strategies, diversity and inclusion practices, practical experience, and people management, leading to applied ethical leadership within various professional contexts. The curriculum involves:

- 15 mandatory credits, including:
- MEL 503 Applied Research Methods
- MEL 600 Leadership Foundations and Skills Assessment

Assessment:
Graduation requires completion of 36 credits with a minimum B in each course and a cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Language Proficiency Requirements:
International students whose native language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency by submitting one of the following:
- A score of 80 or higher on the TOEFL iBT
