- Program Description: The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate program in Engineering Management equips students with business skills to complement their technical expertise. It targets engineers working in technology-oriented enterprises or government programs. All certificate courses can be applied towards the Master of Science in Engineering Management. Classes are held conveniently in the early evenings at the UMBC campus.
- Required Courses: Students must complete four of the following courses:
- ENMG 650 - Project Management Fundamentals OR (Students must choose between ENMG 650 or ENMG 668)
- ENMG 668 - Project and Systems Engineering Management
- ENMG 652 - Management, Leadership, and Communication
- ENMG 656 - Engineering Law and Ethics
- ENMG 658 - Financial Management
