Following the workshop, participants engage in seven monthly action learning sessions facilitated by an experienced facilitator. These sessions allow participants to implement changes within their care settings, supported by their peers.

During the action learning session, participants come together for whole group lunch discussions to further enhance their learning and collaboration.


Completion day:
