Degree Overview:
The program consists of four primary components:
A four-day workshop:
Delivered by two experienced facilitators, the workshop equips participants with the knowledge of best practices and the significance of fostering relationships to ensure quality care.
Monthly action learning sets:
Following the workshop, participants engage in seven monthly action learning sessions facilitated by an experienced facilitator. These sessions allow participants to implement changes within their care settings, supported by their peers.
