Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements:

  • The program is open to both domestic and international students.

  • Applicants with a post-secondary degree or diploma may be eligible for advanced standing.
  • Mature students (19 years of age or older) who do not meet the formal academic requirements may be considered for admission based on their life experiences and prior learning.

Language Proficiency Requirements:

Acceptable Proof of English Proficiency:

  • Completion of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (O.S.S.D.)
  • or equivalent with English as the language of instruction.
  • A minimum score of 6.0 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic test.
  • A minimum score of 79 on the TOEFL iBT test.
  • A minimum score of 53 on the Pearson Test of English (Academic).
  • Completion of an English as a Second Language (ESL) program at a recognized institution.

Note:

Applicants who do not meet the language proficiency requirements may be required to take an English language course before starting the program.
