Program Overview
The University of Connecticut's Business Data Analytics (BS) program equips students with a business degree and expertise in applying information technology to data analytics. Students must maintain a 2.0 GPA in Operations and Information Management courses and complete certain courses in residence.

- Business Data Analytics I (OPIM 3510) (3 credits)
- Business Data Analytics II (OPIM 3511) (3 credits)
- Three 3000-4000 level School of Business electives (9 credits)
Electives:
- Graduate-level courses:
- Predictive Modeling (OPIM 5604) may be used in place of OPIM 3511 Business Data Analytics II (but credit is not given for both).
- Statistics in Business Analytics (OPIM 5603)
Other:
- Residence Requirement:
- OPIM 3505 Business Database Management, OPIM 3510 Business Data Analytics I, and OPIM 3511 Business Data Analytics II must be completed in residence at UConn.
- Education Abroad courses cannot fulfill this requirement.
- General Education Requirements:
- BDA students must also meet the University's General Education Requirements.
- School of Business Degree Requirements:
- BDA students must meet the School of Business degree requirements in addition to the University's General Education requirements.
