- FSRH Clinical Experience and Assessment: Evidenced in the students' independent learning portfolios (ILP) with support from practice supervisors and Faculty Registered Trainers.
- Reflective assignment: 1,500-word assignment focusing on learning and professional development.

Professional Background:
- Must be a registered first-level nurse on the NMC register.
- Alternatively, be a registered midwife or Allied Health Professional.
Clinical Competency Achievement:
- Clinical competencies must be achieved within the practice environment with support from designated sexual health nurse or doctor mentors.
- Support from Faculty Registered Trainers is also required.
