Structure:
The course is delivered through lectures and workshops spread across six one-day sessions scheduled over fourteen weeks. Each session involves approximately 6 hours of direct contact time. The entire course is expected to take 150 hours to complete, including:
- 36 hours of directed contact learning
- 36 hours of independent study

- A project report In previous years, the project involved developing and communicating a transport strategy for a chosen context.

This course can be used to build credits toward a postgraduate qualification in Transport Engineering and Planning. Completing the course assessment enables you to obtain a PG Diploma or Masters in Transport Engineering and Planning.

- If you wish to complete the assessment, you need a first degree at 2.2 level or above or equivalent industrial experience.
