Supervision Training for Music Therapists - Professional/Short course
Program Overview
This 30 credit level 7 module in Supervision Training for Music Therapists is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to become effective music therapy supervisors. The module covers a range of topics, including supervision models, the history of music therapy supervision, the use of musical processes in supervision, and ethical considerations. Students will also have the opportunity to practice their supervision skills in a confidential group setting.
Entry Requirements:
EU Home Students:
- Possess a PGDip or Masters degree in Music Therapy from one of the seven recognized UK training institutions.
- Have current access to practice.
International Overseas Students (outside the EU):
These requirements also apply to international students. However, they may also need to meet additional English language proficiency requirements.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
For international students whose first language is not English, they will need to demonstrate English language proficiency. The specific requirements may vary depending on the student's country of origin and chosen program.
