Program Description:

This unique and innovative philosophy degree focuses on applying theory to practice. It features three core themes: Health, Society and Public Ethics; Technology, Environment and Sustainability; and Human Flourishing and Creative Practice. The program utilizes a practice-based approach, interdisciplinary integration, and a future-thinking perspective. Students will explore fundamental questions about the world, examining ethical, political, social, and existential issues. The program also emphasizes the practical application of philosophy. Students will engage in live briefs, placements with external partners, and public engagement events, demonstrating the relevance of philosophy in real-world situations.
