  • The e-learning course covers the PRINCE2® 7th edition Foundation syllabus, which now has more focus on flexibility and the need to be able to tailor your knowledge towards any individual project.
  • The course covers the following themes and processes:
  • Themes: Business case, Organisation, Plans, Risk, Quality, Change, Progress
  • Processes: Starting up a project, Initiating a project, Controlling a stage, Managing product delivery, Managing a stage boundary, Directing a project, Closing a project

Structure:

  • The e-learning course is accessed via a portal and allows the required learning, approximately 12 hours, to be done at a time and pace to suit you.
  • You can test and improve your knowledge using the in-built exam simulator, prior to sitting the multiple choice industry-recognised exams.
  • The course consists of the following:
  • E-learning modules
  • Exam simulator
  • Access to the digital copy of the official PRINCE2 manual (after registration)
  • Tutor support via phone or email

Course Schedule:

  • Cohorts will start on the first working day of each month and participants will have until the completion date to access the learning materials and complete their exam.
  • You will have one year from the start date of the course to access the online learning resources and complete your exam.

Individual Modules:

  • The course content is not divided into individual modules and is delivered through a series of e-learning modules.

Assessment:


Assessment Methods:

  • The foundation exam consists of 60 closed-book multiple-choice questions with a 60-minute duration.
  • The pass mark for the foundation exam is 55 percent.
  • You can attempt simulated foundation exams within the e-learning course to gain feedback on areas that need further work.

  • The assessment criteria are based on the PRINCE2® 7th edition Foundation syllabus.
  • You must achieve a score of 55% or higher on the exam to pass.
