Admissions Requirements

  • To be eligible for the CertAVP program, you must be a UK-based veterinarian on the RCVS Home Practising Register.
  • You must have at least one year of experience working as a practicing veterinary surgeon.
  • You must provide evidence of CPD to the RCVS for that period.
  • If you graduated in 2007 or later, you must have completed the RCVS Professional Development Phase (PDP).
  • You must have a good working knowledge of scientific English.

Fees

  • The tuition fee for each module is £699.
  • There is a one-off registration fee of £50.
  • You will also need to pay annual enrollment fees to the RCVS.

Tuition Fees £699 per module + £50 RVC registration fee (one off payment when you first enrol) = £4,244 for complete CertAVP These fees are valid until 31st July 2024. You will be eligible for a 20% discount on RVC CPD courses, many of which do support a variety of CertAVP module learning outcomes.
