Description:


The first two courses, MBA 579 Green Belt 01: Define and Measure (3) and MBA 581 Green Belt 02: Analyze, Improve, and Control (3), focus on building the student's knowledge and capabilities to become Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Green Belts function under the supervision of a Six Sigma Black Belt to apply Six Sigma methodologies.


The last two courses, MBA 586 Lean Six Sigma Black Belt 01: Loss Identification and Intelligence (3) and MBA 588 Lean Six Sigma Black Belt 02: Loss Eradication and Prevention (3), are designed to train students to become Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

Black Belts are professionals who can describe, apply, and teach Lean and Six Sigma concepts and principles.
