Program Overview

The Leading Change Certificate Program empowers leaders with best practices and skills in change management. Through live online sessions, participants explore strategies for planning and implementing change, building personal commitment, and overcoming barriers. The program is designed for leaders across industries and experience levels, equipping them to drive successful change initiatives and advance business strategies.

• Objective: The program aims to equip leaders with best practices and skills in change management to increase personal commitment and buy-in for change initiatives, ultimately advancing business strategies through effective people-focused change processes.
The program is designed for leaders across industries and experience levels.

Program Content:

• Fundamentals of effective change management
• Strategies for planning large-scale organizational and team-level changes
• Tactics for building personal commitment for change across teams and organizations
• Methods for communicating effectively during change

Program Structure:

• Six weeks of live online sessions via Zoom (not recorded)
• Wednesdays, 11:30am - 1:30pm Central Time
• Orientation session and five content sessions

Individual Modules:

• Module 1: Assessing Change Initiatives: Analyzing change initiatives and creating action plans.
• Module 3: Building Personal Pillars: Establishing personal change management habits for effective leadership during change.

Assessment:

• Participation in four out of five content sessions (excluding the orientation) is mandatory.

Teaching:

• Live online sessions delivered via Zoom
