Program Description
In this program, students will have the opportunity to cook up a storm in a real commercial kitchen, learning the culinary skills required to prepare, cook, and serve a two-course meal to customers. This hands-on experience will give students a taste of what it's like to work in the culinary industry and help them decide if cookery is the right career for them.
Participation
To participate in the Cookery Senior Taster program, students can register for a scheduled date or arrange a bespoke event through their school staff member. A minimum number of participants is required for the program to proceed.
