  • Focuses on developing professional barista skills, including espresso making, coffee knowledge, and latte art techniques.
  • Covers customer service, equipment operation, and cafe management procedures.

Restaurant Service (HOSP3206):

  • Explores the finer points of restaurant service, emphasizing table etiquette, food and wine pairing, and fine dining protocols.

Careers:
