Food and Beverage Core Skills (HOSP3201):
- Introduces the fundamentals of food and beverage service in cafes, restaurants, and bars.

Barista Service (HOSP3203):
- Focuses on developing professional barista skills, including espresso making, coffee knowledge, and latte art techniques.
- Covers customer service, equipment operation, and cafe management procedures.
Restaurant Service (HOSP3206):
- Explores the finer points of restaurant service, emphasizing table etiquette, food and wine pairing, and fine dining protocols.
Careers:
