Through an intensive report, students analyze legal concepts and apply them to real-world construction scenarios, developing analytical skills and critical inquiry abilities. This course is 100% assessed by an independent report focused on a scenario provided by the program, requiring students to identify key issues, analyze options, and propose solutions based on legal and contract elements learned throughout the program.
