Program Overview

This three-day program from Ulster University Business School equips professionals with the skills and knowledge to excel in management and leadership roles in the hospitality, tourism, and events industries. Led by experienced professionals, the program covers key principles, practical applications, and real-world scenarios. Participants complete coursework assessments, including an industry-based project and a critical reflection on their professional development.

Assessment:

• 100% Coursework
• Industry Based Project (50%): Identify a problem within their organization, explore it, and propose a creative solution.
• Critical Reflection of Professional and Personal Development (50%): Reflect on how their knowledge and skills developed and how it will impact their future practice.

• Taught in-person on three days (4th, 5th, and 6th December 2024) at the Belfast campus.

Our libraries are a valuable resource with an extensive collection of books and journals, as well as first-class facilities and IT equipment. Computer suites and free Wi-Fi are also available on each of the campuses. Students choosing a period of paid work placement or study abroad as a part of their course should be aware that there may be additional travel and living costs, as well as tuition fees.
